Academic results
Academic results are submitted for an eligibility assessment.

Eligibility letter
The eligibility letter is issued, visa documents are gathered, and the visa and application fees are paid.

Visa, offer and accommodation
The student visa is processed, the offer letter is issued and accommodation is arranged.

Flight and entry visa
The flight is booked and the entry visa is submitted.

Tuition and enrolment
First-semester tuition and the enrolment and administrative fees are paid.

What you will need.
The full list, stage by stage. We review every document with you before it is sent.
Stage 1Eligibility
- Certificate of the last level completed (Grade 12, AS Level, A Level or O Level), original and translated.
- English proficiency test (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 40).
Stage 2Application and student visa
- University forms, completed and signed: health declaration, application and accommodation.
- Passport photo with a white background, in digital format.
- Scan of every page of the passport (valid for at least 3 years).
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate.
- Payment of the application fee and the visa fee.
Stage 3Entry visa
- Scan of every page of the passport (valid for at least 3 years).
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate.
- Full birth certificate, original and translated.
- e-VAL: student visa approval.
- Letter of approval to study in Malaysia.
- Sponsorship letter signed by the parent or guardian (provided by Global Education).
- Bank statement for the last 3 months of the signing parent or guardian.
- Identity card of the signing parent or guardian.
- Proof of accommodation.
- The student's flight ticket.
- Entry visa payment: 5,000 MZN.
Stage 4Before travelling
- First-semester tuition payment.
- Payment of enrolment and administrative fees.
